Assistant Manager Retail Operations
■ Meet business expansion targets by ensuring the smooth initiation of planned stores.
■ Drive sales activities that ensure the business remains profitable, and prepare reports on daily sales, fortnightly closing of accounts and stocks, trainings and KPIs
■ Address customer complaints channeled through the Helpline and resolve them on a timely basis
■ Build organized functional teams and develop/update SOPs for store operations
Qualification & Experience: Bachelors/Masters from reputed business school with 2-4 years relevant experience .
