Responsibilities:    
Generate All S&D reports on daily basis and share with sales team.
Reconcile data of franchisees.
Will be responsible to Coordinate with franchisees for data collection and system issues.
Will be responsible to resolve franchisees/retailer issues from backend team.
Will be responsible to visit in market for given assignments.
Sort out new induction retailers/ Sahulat ghar retailers forms and sent to TB/ S&D Planning for registrations.
Ensure the MT books collections and issues of stationary to franchisees.
Will be responsible to provide analysis report as per require.
Train Franchise staff /retailers for new products.
Visit francfisees and retailers to ensure the follow SOPS.
Directly/ Indirectly coordinate with Operations team in the Region
Clear understanding of cash management of channels and cash distribution in channels and assisting the team for maintaining their balance in MW & physical cash
Having the clear understanding of Systems for facilitating sales team in the region.
Will be responsible to review and, where necessary, facilitate the franchises and sales teams in improving the FS business of retailers
Maintaining the proper record of all FS & SG retailers across whole region and regular visits in assign territories to back-check and OJT of the FS retailers.
Taking initiatives for improvement of the BB business.
Share all S&D products reports with sales team.
