Sales / Customer Services Officer – Telenor – Quetta

To ensure that state of the art customer service is provided to all customers. Work as a team player in a harmonized manner.

Responsibilities:    
– Ensure customer service related activities are being done with in bench marked time.
– Achieving the S&CS monthly revenue targets.
– Do the suggestive selling to the visiting subscribers .
– Ensuring top of the line customer relationship management.
– Adhere to administration requirements and discipline at the S&CS.
– Working as a team player in a harmonized manner.
