Summary of Key Functions:
1.Assume programme administrative management
2.Assist the production of reporting and information products
Under the overall guidance of the ERF Manager, the National Programme

Assistant will be responsible for the following:
1.Assume programme administrative management
•Maintain ERF database tools, including application process & project status, project performance and funding status.
•Ensure timely submission of narrative and finance reports (progress, mid-term and final)
•Manage and maintain the erfpak mailbox on a regular basis.
•Draft minutes of various meetings with the Advisory Board, Review Board, clusters, implementing partners and other stakeholders.
•Maintain programme filling system.

2.Assist the production of reporting and information products
•Generate regular updates from the database tools for public information, reporting and other purposes.
•Manage the content of ERF webpage
•Assist in the development of various materials for public information purposes.
Perform other duties as required by the ERF Manager
II.Impact of Results
The key results have an impact on the overall performance ERF project and success in implementation of programme strategies. Accurate analysis, data entry and presentation of information provides the most effective showcase to external stakeholders on progress made and impacts delivered.
