General Manager Human Resources:
This strategic position requires overall management of Human Resource functions i.e. talent acquisition and career planning, compensation & benefits, performance and policies management, employee recognition, employee union relations and related legal issues from both operational and strategic standpoints to optimize the Business Partner approach.
The position also requires facilitation in planning, developing and implementing all HR strategies including organizational redesign/development in line with the changed business dynamics.
Required Qualification: Engineering with Degree/Certification in Human Resources Management from HEC recognized local/foreign reputed institute.
General Manager Media & Communication Management:
The fast paced media development entails effective and proactive media and public communication management. The incumbent will be expected to cultivate and strengthen relationships with key business journalists in national and trade publications, Identify key media outlets and media trends, news cycles and spin opportunities. Should be able to develop compelling and favorable story angles and achieve highest visibility and attention in all media types. Strong media acquaintances and astuteness are the keys for this job.
Masters Degree (Journalism/Mass communication) / Masters Degree in Business Administration (Marketing/Media Sciences) from a local/foreign HEC recognized reputed university.
General Manager Logistics:
The incumbent will lead and manage the distribution of oil products around the country, implementation of new Tank Lorries replacement and rationalization initiative and increasing cost efficiency through operational improvement process program.
The incumbent shall also undertake relationship management and will ensure to strengthen working relationship with key counterparts and stakeholders both within and outside the company and various bodies such as OTCA, APOTOA, port authorities, Pakistan customs, and Oil Companies Advisory Committee.
Engineering with Degree in Business Administration from a local/foreign HEC recognized reputed university.
General Manager Supply:
The changing Oil industry dynamics and versatility of the function need holistic understanding of Oil Supply Chain, Imports & Exports of Petroleum Products and strong business acumen to transform Supply function of the Company in terms of Price Negotiation with both local and foreign suppliers. Need to have worked in operations/oil marketing and related engineering and commercial areas.
The incumbent shall undertake relationship management with key counterparts and stakeholders both within and outside such as OCAC, MOP & NR, port authorities, Pakistan customs etc by providing strategic input and advice to various committees, forums, and taskforces. Also manage coordination for smooth availability of products.
Chemical Engineering with Degree in Business Administration from a local/foreign HEC recognized reputed university.
General Manager Legal:
The multi faceted operations and upcoming initiatives require such a professional for this position who is expert in related legal matters with strong business and management acumen. The incumbent will be responsible for providing management with effective legal advice on business issues and company strategies; selecting and overseeing the work of outside counsel; drafting and editing complex commercial agreements; ensuring the company operates in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Law Degree (preferably LLM) from HEC recognized local/foreign reputed institute with sound understanding of Labour, Customs/Excise and Taxation Laws.
