Director Transformation Lead

The Ideal candidate should:

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline; MBA preferred
  • Have 10+ years of work experience with preferable exposure to transformation and change management initiatives/ experience of running a shared services team preferably setting up a Greenfield site
  • International work experience will be an added advantage
  • Have demonstrated management capabilities leading strategic initiatives, driving performance, leading change efforts and delivering high level results

Job Description:

  • Leads major transformation elements, such as procurement and supply chain transformation, organizational model, OpCp integration etc.
  • Drives performance management – establishes weekly cadence, performance tracking, unblocks barriers and influences key stakeholders at all levels
  • Responsible for leading, building and managing a new sub organization
  • Develops expertise within the organization around the supply markets and the impacts of governmental, technological, and economic changes that impact those markets.
  • Champions change management – diagnoses and implements organizational health measure as well as develops change program aligned with strategic business needs
  • Builds transformation team – inspires and develops next generation of transformation leaders to act as change agents in the company
  • Transformation of regional local procurement and real estate professionals into a virtual Group team to execute the strategy and deliver the annual savings targets, as well as enhance capabilities and innovation where applicable.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent Communication & Presentation skills
  • Strong Customer Services Orientation & Problem Solving skills
  • Ability to work with key stakeholders across all levels and effectively lead/motivate others
  • Excellent in English language and willingness to travel 50%
  • Hands-on Knowledge in Financial Modeling and Analytics

Manager Transformation Lead
Job Description:

  • Provide support to Director Transformation in driving performance management – establishes weekly cadence, performance tracking, unblocks barriers
  • Execution for major transformation elements, such as procurement and supply chain transformation, organizational model, OpCp integration etc
  • Responsible for developing and implementing strategies and leading the process of service delivery and service mobilization
  • Provide operational support to Director Transformation in building and managing a new sub organization
  • Support in Transformation of regional local procurement and real estate professionals into a virtual Group team to execute the strategy and deliver the annual savings targets, as well as enhance capabilities and innovation where applicable.
  • Manage specific projects to increase the effectiveness of the performance transformation team.
