Manager Talent / Culture – Telenor – Islamabad

This is a specialist role for creating and implementing best in class talent management practices which includes strategy, solution development and change management to support the organization. This position will also be responsible for driving cultural initiaves along with the HR Business partners.

The incumbent must possess:
Very good understanding of talent management
Project management skills
Sound analytical skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence top management
Sound stakeholder management skills with the ability to get things done cross-functionally

Exceptional interpersonal, & leadership qualities
High Learning and change agility

MBA and/or Degree in the field of Human Resources from an accredited institution

Responsibilities:    
Designing and developing innovative and high affect talent management programs and processes
Providing consultation to HRBP on all phases of talent management such as succession management, assessment, talent pipelines, selection processes
Process ownership of Telenor’s global processes (e.g. TDP and EES)
Support HRBP in designing, developing and executing organization-wide interventions according to findings of employee engagement survey
Support HRBP in designing appropriate talent interventions as per organization needs and ensuring execution of interventions through HRBP
Design and implement talent acquisition strategy
Identify, recommend and build relationships with all talent acquisition channels
