Wi Tribe: Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Position is based in Karachi.
Regular Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk /email.
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wi-Fi.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
- Resolve printer related issues.
- Maintain inventory of all equipment.
Knowledge and Competencies:
- Customer-centric approach.
Education and Work Experience:
- At least 1 to 2 years relevant experience required.
- Must hold a Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences.
The position is based in Karachi.
