1. GENERAL MANAGER (PROCUREMENT & CONTRACTS) – (01 Major Responsibilities: • Set policies and develop procedures for procurement activities performed directly by all employees who purchase goods and services. • Monitor all procurement activities at LWMC to ensure that purchasing policies and procedures are observed throughout LWMC • Soliciting user department objectives and requirements including product specifications, supplier performance requirements and other criteria pertaining to goods and services procured for those departments. • Drafting contracts and implementation of contractual applications. • Development of short-range and long-range purchasing objectives with a view to reduce the overall cost of goods and services procured and improving service to user departments. • Evaluation of supplier perforrnan. based on knowledge of prices and deliveries and information received from user departments relative to product or service quality. Anticipation and negotiation of possible price changes a., in general. development of thorough knowledge base of the goods and services purchased. Qualification: Sixteen 06) years of education in Engineering or/and Supply Chain/ MSC in Contract Management from an HEC recognized university. Foreign qualification vvill be preferted. 2. MANAGER (CONTRACTS) – (01)
Major Responsibilities:
• Assist General Manager (Procurement & Contract) in drafting contract and contractual management . • Research vendor’s / supplier’s capabilities; identify a pool of candidate vendors / suppliers for project consideration. • Assist in the negotiation of contra. with an optimum mix of price and quality. • Assess the quotations subunit. and selecting the bidders with which the commercial/financial negotiations may be conducted. • Set targets as to the result to be achieved in price negotiations. • Drafting contra. and implementation of contractual applications. • Conduct the financial and contract negotiations at the appropriate management level. • Identify and analyze economic developments in the market. • Manages the competitive bidding and selection process. • Negotiate contract terms, pricing and payment schedule, ensuring that the agreements with the vendors / suppliers are commercially advantageous. • Intervenes, analyzes, manages and resolves business conflicts between the company and the vendors / suppliers. Qualification: Minimum sixteen (16) years of qualification in the .d of Enginee6ng, LLM/L LB/MSC in Contract Management from an HEC recognized university. Foreign qualification will be preferted. ASSISTANT MANAGER (MIS) – (01) Major Responsibilities: • Responsible for design, develop and evaluate variety of desktop, web and database applications • Responsible for the development and maintenance of company reporting systems. • Performance monitoring, reporting, and tuning of database(s). • Designing database(s) package(s) and procedure(s). • Creation and maintenance of queries and routines • Ensure that data warehouse design is scalable and maintainable • Responsible to review and provide technical solutions to projects which may be in different stages of the development life cycle • Create scripts for data integration. data maintenance or bug fixes Analyze, define and document system requirements for data. workflow, logical processes, interfaces with other systems. auditing. reporting requirements and production configuration • Any other responsibility assigned by higher management Specific Requirements: sr Familiarity with specific tools and utilities i.e PHP, Android and Microsoft dot Net technologies • MY SQL and SQL Server sr’ PLSQL sr Good documentation skills Windows Office/Visio etc) • Knowledge of open source web development will be an added advantage Qualification: Minimum sixteen (I6) years of qualification M the field of Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology from an HEC recognized university. 4. ASSISTANT MANAGER (PROCUREMENT) – (02) Major Responsibilities: • Set policies and develop procedures for procurement activities performed directly by all employees Wil0 purchase goods and services. • Monitor all procurement activities at LWMC to ensure that purchasing policies and procedures are observed throughout LWMC • Preparing & processing of all valid POs and PRs • Initiation of claims against vendors tbr all short / incorrect and damaged receipts • Serve the following needs of the user departments Qualification: Master degree or equivalent in Business Administration. Public Administration. Supply & Chain Management. Finance and Accounting, Economics, Engineering. Foreign qualification will be preferred. Experience: At least 3-4 years of post-qualification experience with BS (Hons) and 2 years with masters in relevant field. (Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years)

5. ASSISTANT MANAGER (CONTRACTS) – (02) Major Responsibilities: • Major Responsibilities: • Assess the quotations submitted and selecting the bidders with which the commercial/financial negotiations may be conducted • Assist in the negotiation of contmcts with an optimum mix of price and quality. • Knowledge of bid documents / evaluations and contracts. • Comprehensive knowledge of RFP / PPRA Rules & Regulations Qualification: Master degree or with sixteen ((6) years of qualification in Engineering/LLB/LLM from an HEC recognized university. Foreign qualification will be preferred. Experience: At least 3-4 years of post-qualification experience with BS (lions) in the relevant field and 2 years with masters in relevant field. 6. ASSISTANT MANAGER (ADMINISTRATION) – (01) Major Responsibilities: • Hands on experience of Asset Management • Stationery management by using Inventory Management System (IMS) • Responsible for proper housekeeping. Liaison with Go,. dcpariments • Responsible for repairing and maintenance of office/sub offices • Responsible for maintenance of office equipments • Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions • Properly maintaining the tiles of’ Admin related records for smooth operations of department Responsible for air ticketing and hotel reservations for staff • F.nsure protection and security of tiles and records Qualification: Master degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Public Administration from an HEC recognized university. Foreign qualification will be preferred. Experience: At least 3-4 years of post-qualification experience in relevant field. (Age Limit: Maximum 35 years)

7. ASSISTANT MANAGER (ADMINISTRATION-MBS) – (01) Major Responsibilities: • Hands on experience of using Inventory Management System (IMS) • Monitoring & proper maintaining of inventory stocks • Supervise & manage a team of supply chain & administration stafT • Ensure timely delivery ofjanitorial material at MBS (Metro Bus Stations) • Forecasting and monitoring stock levels of LWMC & MBS Stores • Ensure quality of products/material from supplier • Ensure compliance with supply chain activities standards and regulations • Pro.rly maintaining the files of Store related records for smooth operations of department • Prepare reports concerning supply chain operations • Repairing and Maintenance of office equipment • Innovate/implement new ideas in supply chain Qualification: Master degree or equivalent in Business Administration (Spec(alization M Supply Chain), Public Administration from an HEC recognized university.
