Warid Telecom looking for Customer Service Representative (3 Positions, Individual would be required to support, assist and advise customers to fulfill their demands within the guidelines set, so that all customers and the company can achieve their objectives, within the scope of the organizational strategy.
• Manage and communicate customers and the team members
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and welcome them with warm greetings.
• Receive and process customer complaints
• Assess the effectiveness of customer relations and recommend remedial action where necessary
• Manage and develop subordinates to ensure harmonious and productive team
Requirements – Skills and Experience
• Bachelors/Masters degree (preferably in Marketing)
• Experience is not a pre-requisite as training would be provided, however relevant experience would be an added advantage such as retail marketing.
• Good communication, management and organizational skills
• Fluent written and spoken English & Urdu,
