Job Description: HR Executive Assistant
Job Requirements: Minimum Qualifications Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records
Project planning and managing skills
MS Office skills
Precise writing skills
Business telephone etiquette; concepts of grammar and punctuation
Ability to schedule activities and/or meetings; collate data; and use basic, job-related equipment.
Ability to work in a variety of circumstances.
Ability to work with a wide diversity of individuals; work with a variety of data; and utilize specific, job-related equipment.
Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships; working with detailed information; adapting to changing priorities; and working with frequent interruptions.
Ability to work without supervision
Some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; some stooping, kneeling, crouching, for managing files, stationery, etc. Significant fine finger dexterity. Generally the job requires 70% sitting, 30% walking, and % standing.
Education Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Job related experience is required.
