§ To develop channel growth plan based on understanding of channel opportunity landscape, understanding of the shopper (guest/ diner/ operator) insights, and understanding of channel characteristics
· § To implement channel plan through development of key channels with element activations required: lead brand, pack, price, merchandising standard, trade activity programs in order to grow market share and profitability for UFS beverages
· § Lead and excel in Front of house merchandising/marketing executions.
· § Work with distributor and other 3 rd party suppliers to ensure channel plan is well executed and to build up system capability
· § Support RTM organization and team to meet availability, penetration and volume target
Detail Principal Activities:
§ Enhance beverage’s thought leadership by studying guest/ diner/ operator insights and channel characteristics in different channels
§ Develop, and implement channel plans which includes:
o New outlet development
§ Work with distributors or other 3 rd party suppliers to drive new open outlet for UFS beverages
o Drive existing outlets for a sustainable business growth
§ Implement merchandising plan to drive UFS beverage presence in the outlet to ensure winning position across channels.
§ Develop volume driving activities program.
o System capability build up
§ Work with distributors for essential integrated planning and execution between RTM and Channels.
Work with other 3 rd parties to improve system capability: new outlet penetration (hunter); dispenser program development, merchandising execution.
§ Solid experience in channel marketing and executions in marketing.
§ Strength in channel development, growth planning and execution.
§ Winning, Persistent and resilient attitude, strong human relation, strong analytical skills to effectively present and implement action plans.
§ Good logical thinking in process setting and following-up.
§ Knowledge about trade marketing (experience in trade marketing is plus)
§ A team player
§ Set high standards and be proactive in making things happen.
§ Minimum of 2 years experience in FMCG Industry preferable in beverages industry.
§ Bachelors degree, (MBA preferred)
