·         Implementation of brand plans as agreed in the BMP document;
·         Efficient utilization and management of marketing budget to ensure appropriate spends are put behind brand activities to deliver a positive return on investment and reduce wasteful expenditure;
·       Safeguard brand profitability and keeping an eye out to take timely actions to ensure that Gross Margins on key SKUs stay healthy;
·        Constantly seek out areas where cost savings may occur, with respect to marketing budget spend as well as supply chain cost;
·         Drive brand campaigns and innovations on the brand;
·         Regular liaisons with the brand development team to ensure regional plans are adjusted for local relevance and insights;
·         Lead a cross functional team for on time delivery of innovations;
·         Liaison with all external stakeholders such as creative agency, media planning agency and activation 3ps;
·   Actively take part and contribute in next year’s brand planning process and think big sessions for brand campaigns rollouts;
·         Ensuring brand plans are truly reflected in the S&OP process and adequate measures are taken to ensure OTIF delivery of stock;
·   Work closely with the CMI team to ensure brand activities are monitored exclusively through either 3P research or monthly research reports;
·   Keep a close eye on brand movement in the market with respect to gain/loss and consumption/penetration of other brands etc.
·         Fulfill daily requirements such as invoice payments, f-code and price structure processing, raising PRs, artwork development and approvals etc;
·      Development of brand presentations and updating of support sheets on monthly basis tasks;
·       Direct coordination on all brand activations with planner as well as 3P throughout activity;
·       Coordinate rollout of consumer promotions;
·       Work closely with 3P stakeholders including promo suppliers, supply chain team and trade marketing team.
Key Requirements
·         Bachelors degree;
·         1 or 2 years of relevant work experience;
Core Skills Required
·         Experience in Brand Marketing and activations;
·         Basic understanding of BMP process, S&OP process, and IRM;
·         Experience in handling Innovations and brand campaigns;
·         Experience in working in cross functional teams.
