Key Objectives & Responsibilities : Develop and roll-out activation world class on ground activations .Lead channel based programs: Modern Trade, rural, Salon Channel Management, College and school programs etc.
· Manage ‘Soul Mate’ Brand ambassador program based on Indonesian model: hiring, grooming and training of soul mates in beauty, hair, pureit, foods categories.
· Develop and implement research based evaluations for Relevant activations.
· D esign category building activation plans to drive penetration and consumption growth.
· Lead innovation and new concepts in activation.
· Digitalise activations in Unilever Pakistan.
· Develop own resource capacity through on the job training and market orientations.
· Monitor competitive brand activations and propose plans to counter.
· Develop new 3P partners and drive performance through enabling their efficiency.
· Develop capabilities of existing 3Ps, to ensure UPL activations remain on the cutting edge of innovation, effectiveness and operation efficiency.
· Ensure that resources and infrastructure acquired and/or hired is utilised for maximum agency.
· Conduct quality checks and mystery audits to ensure compliance with agreed plan.
MBA or Bachelors in Business Administration
5 – 7 years of experience
