Function: Customer Development
Key Interfaces: Customer into Category, BB/BD, CMI, Channel Directors, Customer Teams, Customer Marketing, Retailers, Supply Chain
BUSINESS CONTEXT AND MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Drive shopper-centric innovation plan to the category teams and to ensure Unilever is able to grow our customers’ categories better than any other company.
The CiiC /CCC Manager is a change catalyst in driving Shopper Insights and Understanding via CiiC/ CCC and for Channel’s development in conjunction with the Channel Directors.
Key requirement in the role is to understand our customer drivers and needs of the shopper, and to deliver solutions to address these needs and drive growth. In addition, a fully functional understanding of our category drivers and brands priorities to drive better innovation launches.
•Execute Customer & Category sessions
•Enable successful innovation launches (bigger, better, faster innovation) with better shopper understanding & insights into category plans (pack, activation, POSM, planogram) via CiiC/CCC
•Enable CD teams (following channel lead) to create & deploy broader & deeper value to the customers
•Enable JBP2.0, JBP 3.0 and drive stronger collaboration
•Enable the development of Channels by generating the channel shopper insights and understanding via CiiC/CCC, and embed insights via sessions (in conjunction with Channel Directors)
•Share & reapply customer, channel & category practices
•Ongoing support management for CiiC/CCC facilities: project budget management, third parties agencies management, general facilities management (support & maintenance)
•Supervise VR: general management & VR content support
•Ongoing communication with Global Customer Collaboration team & CiiC/CCC network
-At least Shopper & Customer Marketing/BB/CMI experience
