Sr. Manager/GM Human Resources Key Responsibilities: Directs Human Resources Department staff and functions, to ensure high level of transparency and fairness in implementation of HR policies, procedures and systems. Ensures the availability of talent pool to meet the organization’s strategic objectives. In the spirit of Kaizen (Continuous search for a better way), reviews and recommends policies and programs aimed at creating strong employee engagement and high morale. Plans and executes focused training programs aimed at building individual and team capabilities. Ensures competitive alignment of company’s compensation and benefits programs. Ensures legal compliance and maintains a healthy IR climate. Attributes Required: Strong on ethics and integrity and ability to assimilate the Toyota Way and Values. Ability to manage competing priorities, strong attention to details, thorough problem solving and follow through capabilities. Able to provide sound leadership and coach individuals to achieve their ultimate potential. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. High degree of intellect and commitment to add value and satisfy customer expectations by challenging the status quo. Incumbent’s Profile: Qualification: MBA HR or MPA from reputed local or foreign institutions. Experience: Minimum 10-15 years experience in business areas as well as knowledge of SAP and HAY/MERCER methodology will be an added plus.
