Work experience: Experience in IT service Operations and Management. Preferably in Contact center
Environment having solid IP network knowledge. Preferably in Avaya, NICE and Genesys Environment
Goals: Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and meet defined SLA.
Provide a professional, courteous and rapid response to individuals and teams at all times.
To work in shift roster (24*7) and to come over weekend on call for any emergency situations handling.
Potential Career Path: Positions within Technology Operations IT like IT/ IS/ BSS
Your typical day at work: Handling daily operational tasks at OSP sites and managing the same efficiently.
Troubleshooting issues being logged and providing support and guidance to OSP IT teams.
Coordination with technology teams to provide solution to business.
Reporting of daily/weekly incidents.
Proposing solutions to OSP teams based on their requirements.
Handling voice related issues
Identifying key technology problematic areas and providing solutions against the same.
IP and Network Management
Providing technical trainings or insight to OSP IT teams regarding TP applications.
Managing billable hours and taking initiatives to minimize/avoid downtimes.
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas: Experience of working on Avaya and Genesys
Technical ability to solve problems and flexibility of approach towards solutions with minimal technical guidance
Understanding of NICE recording and reporting solutions
Ability to take initiatives and have proactive approach
Able to handle end-to-end Operations without any external support
Ability of proposing new & efficient solutions for catering operational tasks
Understanding of Microsoft systems\platforms\technologies.
Understanding of Contact Center infrastructure
Understanding of PC/application troubleshooting
Knowledge IP networking and Voice protocols
Capability of understanding end user problem
Good presentation skills
Ability to enhance productivity and managing daily tasks and issues of on-going projects.
Ability to work independently with minimal technical guidance
Excellent Verbal & written Communication skills.
Ability to work in team and handle pressure efficiently.
