JOB PURPOSE The purpose of this role is to support and administer: â¢ Licensing checks/register maintenance â¢ MIS reporting â¢ Other business administrative support
Key Roles and Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Licensing Checks/ Register Maintenance â¢ Register and reconcile licensing maintenance, and resolve immediate gaps â¢ Update sales managers and staff on new licensing requirements as and when needed 2. MIS Reporting â¢ Produce regular and ad hoc sales and performance reports. â¢ Alert irregular data or pattern to immediate supervisor or sales team till next resolution is achieved. 3. Provision of Other Administrative Support â¢ Coordinate other administrative support, such as campaign management and project administration etc. â¢ Provide back up support for team members away on leave.
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Bachelors Qualification.
