Department: Employee Banking
Reports To: Regional Head Employee Banking
The job role is responsible to handle all queries, documentation and service delivery related to Corporate Cards.
â¢ Preparation of daily MIS.
â¢ To maintain documentation and materials related to business operations.
â¢ Processing of new corporate credit cards applications.
â¢ Ensure 100 % activation of Cards within each assigned account.
â¢ Ensure that 70% of cards within each assigned account are used at least once a month.
â¢ Manage closely with all supporting departments to resolve service related matters and customers queries on priority basis.
â¢ Generate spend through existing Corporate Cards portfolio.
â¢ Build relationships with key decision-makers of the assigned accounts.
â¢ Monitor card-wise performance of all cards in each assigned account.
â¢ Make service calls to existing companies to resolve queries / issues of corporate accounts.
â¢ Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
â¢ Ensure timely responses to Card replacement/regeneration queries.
â¢ Ensure timely responses to static date change queries.
â¢ Ensure timely responses to Redemption of bonus points.
â¢ Ensure timely responses to Reversal of charges.
â¢ Ensure timely responses to Card’s credit limit enhancement.
â¢ Follow up for delivery of credit cards.
ADHERENCE TO CONTROLS IN THE SALES PROCESS FOR THE UNIT
â¢ To ensure that prospects are clearly communicated about the bank charges/terms and conditions.
â¢ To ensure “Customer Due Diligence” requirements as prescribed by the bank are duly adhered to.
â¢ All Legal and Compliance guidelines are adhered to.
â¢ Data confidentiality and secrecy norms of the bank are adhered to.
â¢ To ensure that the Sales process prescribed by the bank is fully adhered to
â¢ Ensure error rate remain under set standard.
â¢ Maintain complete and detailed knowledge of all the assigned products.
ADHERENCE TO OPERATIONAL RISK MANAGEMENT ASSUARANCE & COMPLIANCE
â¢ Ensure awareness and adherence to all policies, guidelines, procedures and local regulatory requirements.
â¢ Drive and implement an effective risk management framework, and promote a strong risk management and compliance culture.
â¢ Zero tolerance on fraud and mis-selling.
â¢ To ensure that CDD, AML, mis-selling polices are understood & followed at all times.
â¢ Read, understand and comply with all provisions of the Group Code of Conduct.
â¢ Attend all required trainings.
Qualifications & Skills
1-2 years of banking experience preffered
