Job entails: 1.This includes the OR process, coordination with all governance forums, like manco, CC-ORF, BORC BOD, CC-PGC etc. Also includes all coordination with regulators, compliance FCC etc. End to End Stakeholder Management for Commercial Client Segment
2.Managing the Country Commercial Client customer documentation & transactional controls function to ensure timely and robust checking of transactions and maintenance of sound operational controls to meet local / regulatory and internal requirements.
3.Supervision of CC Governance Structure (UORM):
Governance related QA
Group policy compliance
Operational framework: BORF
SAR / PEP / MEDD review
4.Supervision of Business Monitoring: Business monitoring and independent review
Ensure compliance to Group & local credit policies
Portfolio monitoring – bureau scrubs, turnover monitoring, NOC review
5.Ensure the Commercial Unit DOIs are periodically updated. Continuously review and improve operating procedures with the objective of achieving “best in class” productivity and efficiency standards in Commercial Clients
Proactively communicate with the Business Head and UORM on operational risk issues. Escalate significant risk & loss events to Business Head / UORM.
Design and implement documentation quality control measures and monitoring plans. Establish and maintain service standards in line with competitive benchmarks. Monitor performance against the standards and provide feedback
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum bachelors qualification.
