EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelors degree from a reputable college or university with 03 or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Have a good understanding of Customer Support Systems (Billing, Pre-paid, IVR, ACD, Trouble Ticketing, etc.)
• Have 2+ years management experience in Telecom, wireless and service industries
• Be Customer oriented
• Excellent Analytical and Computing skills
• Have excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
