About the Job: In this role your core responsibilities will fall in making and confirming reservations; issuing and selling tickets for passengers; resolving all customer queries professionally and in a timely manner either over the phone or in person.
Additionally you will be responsible to liaise with all airline personnel to ensure maximum support to passengers and immediate attention to queries relating to clearance and dispute of ADM’s, special handling requests and other issues.
About You: To be successful in this role you will need minimum of a completed Bachelor Degree or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service in an Airline / Travel Industry/ Hospitality. Gulf experience will be preferred. on IATA BSP ticketing or airline Basic Tariff courses will be an advantage. Amadeus systems knowledge is mandatory.
You should have good computer and mathematical skills, fair knowledge of world Geography along with excellent English and Urdu / Punjabi language communication skills, both spoken and written.
