About Your Job:
In this role you will be responsible to support the development, integration and execution of profitable and effective customer engagement and multi-channel sales and marketing strategies that will drive customer acquisition, retention and cross-sell efforts. You will research and analyze individual markets, and place Qatar Airways in a very visible and viable position within this market. You will help secure the maximum market share of traffic on our network.
Strong interaction with trade partners and corporate clients is required to ensure building long term relationships with key individuals and organizations within the industry, corporations and related organizations.
To join our team in this role you should hold a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 3 years experience in the travel industry with a strong sales background. You will have previous experience or have received training for Reservation & Ticketing. You will be a very strong communicator, have excellent MS Office expertise and come with a very strong understanding of the market. You should have excellent verbal & written communication skills in English language. Knowledge of Urdu / Punjabi language is an advantage.
