Jobs in Punjab Skills Development Fund – Lahore

The Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF) is a not-for-profit Company funded by Government of the Punjab and Department for International Development, UK. PSDF provides funding to training providers for skills & vocational training in selected districts of the Punjab.
PSDF is looking for energetic & motivated professionals for the following positions based in Lahore:

Assistant Manager Technical

• Designing of training schemes and bid documents for procurement of training services;
• Prepare comparative statement of bids, carryout analysis and finalize draft contracts;
• Coordinate and execute processes with testing agencies for ensuring test of vocational competencies of trainees;
Education and Experience
BS (Hons)/MB/V Bachelor in Engineering from HEC-recognized institution with at least five years’ experience.

Assistant Manager Procurement

• Procurement planning, preparation of procurement timelines and budgetary requirements;
• Prepare tender bidding documents for procurement of goods & services;
Education and Experience
BS (Hons)/ MBA/ Bachelor of engineering from HEC-recognized institute with at least five years’ experience in similar capacity. Must be familiar with PPRA rules, consultant hiring guidelines & donor procurement procedure.

Database Administrator

• To design, develop, manage and maintain various databases and generate required reports;
• Plan and implement security measures and trouble-shoot any data challenges;
Education and Experience
BS (Hons) in Computer Science with specialization in Software Development from HEC-recognized institute with at least five years of related experience with SQL and Microsoft Access database design.

Associate – (Multiple Positions)

BS (Hons)/Bachelor of Engineering with at least two years’ experience in development/social sector projects or MBA/Master in Economics from HEC- recognized institute
Associate Finance/Accounts – (Multiple Positions)
• To maintain account ledgers and books, accounts receivables, payables and inventory management;
• To assist in reporting, annual budget preparation and final accounts preparation;
Education and Experience
B.Com (honors) or M. Com with 3 years of experience/ACCA or CA (Finalist) with one year of experience

Management Assistant HR and Administration

• Assist in HR planning, recruitment and selection, training need analysis etc;
• General Administration i.e security, housekeeping, maintenance and upkeep of offices;
• Maintain employee records and HR and Admin related documents;
Education and Experience
BS/Master in HR from HEC – recognized institution with one year.

Management Assistant Accounts
Disburse cash and writes vouchers and cheques for payment of company expenses; Compile collection, disbursement, and bank-reconciliation reports;
Education and Experience
Two years for B.Com and One year for M. Com/ CA (inter) from a reputable organization.
Management Assistant (Multiple Positions)
BS (Hons)/ Bachelor of Engineering from HEC-recognized institute

Executive Assistant – (01 positions)
• General Administration including maintenance of file records and official correspondence.
• Make travel and boarding and lodging arrangements.
Education and Experience
BS (Honors) or higher from HEC-recognized institute preference wiB be given to the candidate with experience in similar capacity.

Document Assistant – (Multiple Positions in Lahore and Bahawalpur)
Minimum BA/BSc and certificate in computer/lT from HEC-recognized institute or ICS.
