S.R POSITION Educational Qualification MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
I Deputy
Managing
Director
(Operations)
Masters Degree or Bachelors (4 years) I,, Business & Management Sciences or Social Sciences from HEC recognized University. Yrs Must have at least 16 years relevant experience including 3 years at strategic management level in a medium sized organization in the field of development and governance.
• Knowledge or the functioning of public sector arid understanding of public policy, public administration and governance issues in education sector.
I Experience in program development. management arid coordination.
I Experience 01 handling multilateral ,‘bilateral donor funded projects.
• Experience of working with international donor agencies. In country/abroad will be preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal. English writing and communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills including MS Office (Word. Excel and Power point) and Project Management software such as MS-Project.

Masters Degree or Bachelors (4 years) in Business & Management sciences or social science discipline preferably in HRM from HEC recognized University. Yrs Must have atleast 12 years relevant experience including 5 years at a managerial level in a medium sized organization in the field of HR Administration. Experience of work with Government Agencies. NGOs. international and domestic donors and knowledge of Pakistan education sector will be preferred

Masters Degree or Bachelors (4 years) in Business 8 Management Sciences or Social Science discipline from FIEC recognized University. 50 Yrs Must have atleast 8 years relevant experience including 3 years at a managerial level in a medium sized organization in the held of planning, managing. administering and capacity building at organization level. Experience of work with Government Agencies. NGOs. international and domestic donors and knowledge of Pakistan education sector will be preferred.

Masters Degree or Bachelors (4 years) in Computer Science! Information Technology from HEC recognized University.
(Preference shall be given to candidates with additional
professional/academic qualification in management.)
40 Yrs Must have at least 08 years relevant experience including
5 years at a managerial level in a medium sized
organization in the field of planning, managing &
administering IT department with proven project
management abilities in National & Multinational level
organization. Experience of work with Government
Agencies, NGOs, international and domestic donors and
knowledge of Pakistan’s education sector will be preferred.

Urdu
(ADU)
Masters Degree or Bachelors (4 years) in Urdu with BEd from HEC recognized University. 32 Yrs Must have at least 3 years of teaching experience in a reputable institution. Experience in the field of academic development 8 curriculum designing is an added advantage.

The appointment will be on contract basis, extendable on the basis of performance. The post carries competitive market based remuneration packages. However, in case of government servant salary will be fixed as per prevalent government policy.
