1- Program Coordinator (1 post) Qualification: MS / M.Sc. in Civil Engineering / Engineering Management or related fields preferably from z recognized foreign university or HEC recognized local University. Ph.D. in Civil Engineering or other relevant discipline) will be preferred. Experience: Should have extensive work experience (over 20 years) in planning, appraisal and management of multi-disciplinary engineering projects. Should have more than seven years of work experience at a senior position (equivalent to BS-20) in public sector. Should have adequate knowledge and understanding of multi-hazard vulnerability risk assessment for public and community infrastructure. Should have sufficient exposure to application of disaster risk reduction techniques. Should be conversant with Environmental Impact Assessment (EtA) and resettlement issues and safeguards in line with project requirements.

2- Deputy Program Coordinator (1 post) Qualification: MS / M.Sc. in Civil Engineering / Engineering Management / Project Management or related fields preferably from a recognized foreign university or HEC recognized local University. Experience: Should have more than 15 years of work experience of planning, research, appraisal and management of multi-disciplinary engineering / infrastructure projects. Should have more than 5 years of work experience at a senior position in public / private sector. Should have adequate knowledge of multi-hazard vulnerability risk assessment. Should be conversant with Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and resettlement issues in line with Government / Bank’s requirements.

3- Project Director (1 post) Qualification: MS / M.Sc. in Civil Engineering / Engineering Management or Master’s in Information Technology (IT) / MCS or MS in GIS related fields or MBA with adequate experience in related domains of IT & GIS preferably from a recognized foreign university or HEC recognized local university. Experience: Should have more than 14 years of work experience of implementation, operation and management of multi-disciplinary local and donor-assisted projects in relevant fields. Should have more than ten (10) years of work experience a: a senior position in public sector. Practical experience in GlS-based database and MHVRA mapping or handling of similar projects shall be preferred. Should have adequate knowledge and understanding of multi-hazard vulnerability risk assessment.

4- Chief (Roads & Communication) (1 post) Qualification: 8achelor degree in Civil Engineering from HEC recognized university. Master’s degree in Civil Engineering / Transportation / Traffic Engineei ing or other related fields will be preferred. Experience: Should have experience of about 15 years of planning, designing , and implementation of roads, bridges and other infrastructure projects. Should 1 have knowledge of latest engineering codes of practice. Should be fully conversant with Environmental Impact Assessment (ElA) and 1 Resettlement issues of Donor’s requirements.

5- Chief (Irrigation, Drainage & Flood Management) (1 post) Qualification: Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from HEC recognized university. Master’s degree in Civil Engineering / water Resources Engineering or other related fields will be preferred. Experience: Should have experience of about 15 years of planning, designing and implementation of major projects in hydraulics, *rigation. drainage and flood protection sub-sectors. Should have knowledge of latest engineering codes of practice. Should be familiar with guidelines recommended by Federal Flood Commission and other agencies. Should be fully conversant with Environmental im[>act Assessment (ElA) and Resettlement issues of Donor’s requirements.

6- Chief (Disaster Risk Management) (1 post) Qualification: Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from HEC recognized university. Master’s degree in Civil Engineering / River Engineering / Water Resources Engineering / Environmental Engineering or Environmental / Earth / Atmospheric / Costal / Climate Change Sciences will be preferred. Experience: Should have experience of about 10 to 15 year* of planning, designing and implementation of major projects. Should have adequate knowledge of multi-hazard vulnerability risk assessment and disaster risk reduction techniques.

7- GIS Expert (1 post) Qualification: Master’s Degree in GIS or Remote Sensing or Geometries. Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience in application of GIS projects Experience of ESRi ArcGIS Software (Desktop) and ArcGIS Server. Experience of handling GIS data layers, attribute data in ArcMap, making spatial queries and analysis on ArcMap, creating GIS reports in ArcMap environment, creating thematic maps from layer symbology and updating satellite imagery from free public domain (landsat and Google Eartn). Experience of management of Web GIS Services, ability to grasp new domain of business.

8- Developer (Team lead) (1 Post) Qualification: Master’s degree requires In GIS / Remote Sensing or Computer Science, Software Engineering, information Technology. Experience: At least 10 years of software development experience required. Strong team lead and / or management experience preferred. Ability to accurately gather, analyse and interpret data, identify and define problems and make recommendations for resolution. Effective tims management and organizational skills. Proven ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships. Must be comfortable with rapidly changing and/or loosely defined requirements that are refined over time. Must have strong communications skills, be able to articulate solutions, and be comfortable participating on a team that may challenge those solutions. Skilied at active listening and capable of facilitating discussions. Able to take a variety of tasks from start to finish with minimal supervision.

9- Deputy Director (Accounts & Finance) (1 post) Qualification: Possess a professional accounting and Financo qualification preferably MBA Finance / M.Com / ACMA. Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience with public and private sector. Practical experience in handling of foreign-aided projects and hold a certification in financial management and business management will be preferred. Familiar with the latest accounting rules and regulations and have experience of handling financial management ERP software. Should be well aware of Accounting Standards of Budget 81 Accounts and also have experience of handling Departmental Accounts procedure & AG office procedures. Motivated, having strong analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills to manage lead and guide team of Finance and administration staff in enhancing their effectiveness in a professional environment. Should have adequate knowledge of Banks and financial authorities.

10- Deputy Director (Admin / Procurement & Contract Administration) Qualification: Bachelor degree In Civil Engineering / MS Project Management / MS Construction Management from recognized university. Experience: Around 7 to 10 years of experience of procurement of goods and services / Contract Management. Should have at least 3 to 4 years of experience in handling Donor’s contract guidelines i.e. related to ICB 81NCB contracts (Goods 81 Services). Should be computer literate having experience of computer software i.e. MS project, MS office suite etc.

11- Deputy Director (Monitoring & Evaluation) (1 post) Qualification: Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering / MS Project Management from recognized university. PMP certification shall be preferred. Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in monitoring 81 evaluation of Development Projects. Should be computer literate having experience of computer software, MS Office Suite 81 Primavera.

12- Deputy Director (Disaster Risk Management) (1 post) Qualification: Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from HEC recognized university. Master’s degree in Civil Engineering / River Engineering / Water Resources Engineering / Environmental Engineering or Environmental / Earth / Atmospheric / Costal / Climate Change Sciences will be preferred. Experience: Should have experience of 4 to 7 years. Should have adequate knowledge of multi hazard vulnerability risk assessment and disaster risk reduction techniques.

13- Planning Officers (4 posts) Qualification: Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or BBA/ Master’s degree in Economics, Commerce, Statistics, Sociology / Anthropology, Business Administration/ international Administration / Public Policy / International Development Studies. ACMA or related fields. Experience: Should have 2 to 4 years of experience in development projects in Public / Private Sector.

14- Office Manager / Deputy Director (Operations) (1 post) Qualification: MBA / MPA / MS Project Management / MS in Business Administration or Master’s degree holder in Economics from HEC recognized University / institute. Experience: Should have work experience of at least 5 years in a large reputed private sector organization or public sector development projects. Should possess strong analytical skills and proficiency in operating MS office suite independently.

15- Developers (2 Posts) Qualification: Master’s degree requires in GIS / Remote Sensing or Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology. Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in application of GIS projects Experience of ESRI ArcGIS Software (Desktop) and ArcGIS Server. Experience in building WCF services and Windows Workflow based applications is a big plus. Working knowledge of PL/SQL and development in Oracle databases. Proficiency in Silverlight, AJAX, MVC, JQuery, XML, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Complete understanding of application development life cycle. Experience working with source control systems like GitHub, SVN, VSS and TFS. Ability to accurately collect requirements and estimate the efforts involved. Ability to independently work on projects and finish them within time.

16- Data Base Administrator (1 Post) Qualification: Bachelor degree in Computer Science. Software Engineering. Information Technology. Experience: 6 to 10 years of experience in database administration for Oracle 8, 9i, lOg, Oracle RAC and RMAN installation, configuration and troubleshooting. 2 to 5 years of experience UNIX Operating system. In addition, monitoring, troubleshooting and tuning of the Java stack in relation to Oracle Financials.

17- Network Analyst (1 Post) Qualification: 8acheIor degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related fields from HEC recognized university. Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, and Information Technology related fields from HEC recognized university will be preferred. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in hardware and software analysis, troubleshooting and support in heterogeneous computing environments. Knowledge of hardware, software, operating systems and networking protocols (including Clls, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Server 2000, Windows Server 2003, Active Directory, Mac OS, Linux, and TCP/IP). Experience with peripheral devices including printers, print servers, modems, scanners, mass storage devices. Knowledge of general wiring specifications. Experience with general productivity and utility software including Microsoft Office, web browsers, e-mail clients, anti-virus clients. Experience with other electronic equipment including photocopiers, telecommunications, equipment, fax machines, calculators and other business equipment.

18- IT Support Staff (3 Posts) Qualification: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, information technology, software engineering from a recognized university. Experience: Should have minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience. Should have certificate in Auto CAD / Adobe Photoshop CS 6, and certificate in Corel Draw 11. Virtuous knowledge of Networking. Should be able to work independently as well as in team work.

19- Research Associates (4 Posts) Qualification: Bachelor degree in Civil / Electrical / Telecom Engineering or Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics. Sociology / Anthropology. Environmental Sciences. Business Administration. Computer Sciences, information Technology / GIS or Master’s degree or equivalent in applied sciences. Experience: Must have strong research, communication 81 presentation skills. Proficiency in written as well as spoken English.

20- IT Assistant (5 Posts) Qualification: BS (IT) / BCS / Graduate level studies with professional computer course duration of m:nimum 1 year, or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institute. Experience: 2 to 3 years of professional IT work experience at a similar position / level. Excellent command in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Publisher, Adobe Acrobat, and other basic computer related skills

21- Office Assistant (3 Posts) Qualification: Intermediate or equivalent from a recognized institute. Experience: Having minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as office assistant / file management. Excellent command in MS Office suite.

22- Computer Operator (3 Posts) Qualification: Intermediate in Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized institute. Experience: Should have minimum 3 years of experience as computer operator. Excellent command in MS Office suite.

23- Driver (15 Posts) Qualification: Literate Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in driving. Valid LTV driving license holder and well-versed in traffic rules, must be able to drive different vehicles, must be able to work under pressure and for long duty hours, willing to move in field especially in remote areas

24- Office Boy (11 Posts) Qualification: Uterate. Experience: Should have work experience of different office environments.

25- Security Guard (3 Posts) Qualification: literate Experience: Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to retired Army ex-service personnel.

26- Sweeper/Cleaner (3 Posts) Qualification: literate Experience: Must have relevant experience of office environment and cleaning.

Apply The last date for submission of application is 30-11-2015 The above positions are on contract basis, for a period of three (3) years. However, the position at serial no. 8 will be a contract for two (2) years.
