Purpose of the Job:1
Organize, manage and control overall production planning and purchasing activities to ensure uninterrupted product supply to meet the market demands in a cost effective manner. Manage allocation of production plan and materials across the factories in line to market demand and in a cost effective manner.

Responsibilities:

Prepare, update and implement the overall purchasing plan of all Direct Materials related purchases in a timely and cost efficient manner with proper documentation in line with the company’s requirements.
Ensure that materials are available in correct quantity, quality and in accordance with budgetaryrequirements and follow up, update status of any claims due to non-conformance on quality and quantity.
Ensure the implementation of the supplier selection process in co-ordination with Manager Purchasing.
Prepare and submit report on performance of suppliers (quality, quantity, time, service and price) to drive continuous improvement.

Work Experience:

1 – 2 years
