– Education: B.A/ LLB/ M.A/ MBA.
– Having 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in a well reputed manufacturing company.
– Age should be between 32 to 45 years.
– The candidate should have planning, organizing, communication, negotiation, decision making skills and must be a team player.
– The candidate should be familiar with all the labor laws, industrial relations, statuary compliance.
– Must have experience in dealing with government and non-government concerned departments.
– Should have knowledge of MS Office.
