Job Description: Plan and Manage learning and development activities with particular focus on Quality, GxP and HSE training at Jamsoro site through class room sessions, web-based trainings and On-the-Job trainings as per annual training calendar, training need assessments, TMS and/or HR Core. Establish annual training plan for all TechOps associates on the basis of training needs and input from functional heads via TMS, HR Core and any other TNA exercise.
• Guide in identifying suitable competency development programs for management staff.
• Organize and manage comprehensive GXP, HSE and orientation training for all new associates including those workers of service providers who may have contact with product at packaging, warehousing or any other such stage.
• Manage Web based trainings. Ensure 100% participation of nominees for all mandatory online training programs in close coordination with Compliance Officer.
• Plan on line training on SOPs and Quality modules as applicable to the concerned sections. Execute where applicable, such training via face to face / classroom interventions.
Minimum requirements: Ideally science graduate (masters preferred) with advance business degree. English and Urdu Minimum10 year experience in Pharmaceutical Industry, with 3 years in managerial position. Ideally have worked in area of Quality.
