Project Manager — Quetta Based (01 Position)
Required qualifications and experience: Master in social sciences with at least 5 years of experience in implementing and managing livelihood programs particularly vocational trainings and public health. Excellent report writing skills is required. Track record of maintaining liaison with governmental and non-governmental partners. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Fluency in local languages will be an asset. Demonstrated attention to details, following procedures, meeting deadlines and problem-solving independently & cooperatively. Effective verbal and written communications and experience of Microsoft Office applications.
Major responsibilities include: The Project Manager will be overall responsible for day to day management of project activities as well as the systematic launch of the program. S/he will be actively involved in the overall technical planning, managing, implementation, and monitoring of the project. S/he will work closely both with management and support staff (including finance, administration and program) in the organization to ensure that the activities are implemented according to planned schedule, within budget and meet required quality. S/he will work closely with the project team as well as government counterparts to ensure proper implementation of project activities. S/he will also ensure that all project staff maintain and follow their monthly work-plans and undertake timely data collection and reporting.

MEL Officer — Quetta Based (01 Position)
Required qualifications and experience: Master in Economics/Business Administration or relevant with at least 2 years of experience in designing and establishing M&E tools and systems. Demonstrated ability to build staff capacity in cross-cultural setting as well as excellent team-building and interpersonal skills. Computer skills especially familiarity with MS Office applications and GIS are desirable. Excellent report writing skills required. Track record of maintaining liaison with governmental and non-governmental partners. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Fluency in local languages will be an asset. Demonstrate attention to details, following procedures, meeting deadlines, problem-solving independently and cooperatively.
Major responsibilities include: The Monitoring Evaluation & Learning Officer (MEL) will be responsible for developing, coordinating, maintaining and constantly improving the MEL functions, facilitating training for program/project staff on basic MEL practices. MEL Officer will work under the Project Manager, close coordination with the MEL Manager in Islamabad and program teams in Quetta. MEL officer will provide assistance at field level to the centralized MEL department in the proper functioning of online system development for the project.

Data Management Officer — Quetta Based (01 Position)
Required qualifications and experience: Master in computer sciences with at least 2 years relevant data management experience preferably in NGO sector. Excellent computer skills including MS office, In page and SPSS. Track record of maintaining liaison with governmental and non-governmental partners. Fluency in written and spoken English, Urdu and local languages. Demonstrate attention to details, following procedures, meeting deadlines and working and problem-solving independently and cooperatively. Effective verbal and written communication skill is required.
Major responsibilities include: The Data Management Officer (DMO) will be overall responsible for data management of the project. The DMO will report to MEL Officer. The DMO will assist the MEL Officer in outlining a strategic plans for Data Management for effective programming and maximum results. S/he will work closely with the project team also with government counterparts to ensure proper implementation of the activities.

Community Mobilization Officer – Quetta Based (01 Position)
Required qualifications and experience: Master in social sciences with at least 3 years of experience of working with community-based programs. Excellent report writing skills required. Track record of maintaining liaison with governmental and non-governmental partners. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Fluency in local languages will be an asset. Demonstrate attention to detail, following procedures, meeting deadlines and working and problem-solving independently and cooperatively. Effective verbal and written communications and have experience of Microsoft Office applications.

Major responsibilities include: The Community Mobilization Officer (CMO) will be overall responsible for day to day implementation of project community mobilization activities in the communities for selection of trainees for vocational trainings at Quetta & Loralai. CMO will work closely both with project management and support staff (including finance, administration and program) in the organization to ensure that community mobilization activities are implemented according to work plan, budget and required quality.

Finance Officer — Quetta Based (01 Position)
Required qualifications and experience: Master in accounting or relevant business field with 3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, include double-entry accounting methods. Strong computer skills in MS Office applications, particularly Excel. Familiarity with computerized double-entry accounting softwares. Proficiency in written and spoken English. Fluency in local languages will be an asset. Demonstrate attention to details, following procedures, meeting deadlines and working and problem-solving independently and cooperatively. Effective verbal and written communications and experience of Microsoft Office applications.
Major responsibilities include: The Finance Officer will work under the supervision of the Sr. Finance Officer and in close coordination with program team. The Finance Officer will assist in the accounting and documentation of all financial transactions in timely and accurate manner. He will be also be responsible to assist program team in making financial projections and pipelines development.
