Description: •Define and execute strategies and plans for the Key Accounts in line with business requirements and customers vision as Super Premium product.
•Managing distribution KPI’s and negotiating terms of agreement with distributors and outlets.
•Responsible for delivering top-line and bottom-line growth and accountable for the P&L of the category.
•Lead development of customer relationship including joint business planning and top customer engagement.
•Accountable and responsible to ensure achievement of agreed Key Accounts targets/KPIs.
•Ensure complete support and collaboration with Coffee & Beverages Business Unit Manager to ensure alignment of Category and Channel plans.
•Collaborate with peer group to share Customer best practices, liaise with Coffee & Beverages BEM, CCSD, Field Sales and Supply Chain to meet the customer’s needs.
•Coordinate with local stake holders as well as Global Coffee & Beverages Team.
•Ensure smooth value chain execution.
