Core purpose of the job:

•Developing and updating consumer portrait, consumer engagement funnel for the brand and  activating Brand Essence.
•Understanding in-store environment, contributing to category strategy, providing recommendation to pricing and proposing SKUs for key channels and key customers .
•Ensuring consumer centricity by applying innovation levers and maintaining vibrancy via relevant renovation for his/her brands.
•Contribute to development and execution of strong, functionally aligned brand and ICP plan. Track and monitor the performance, health and strategic alignment.
•Contribute to the development of Big Ideas and working in partnership with communication agencies to ensure all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted NHW leader.
 
Critical Selection Criteria:

•MBA with 4 to 5 years of Cross-Functional Sales and Brands experience
•Experience in impulse categories, working with agencies, leading teams, project management, consumer insights, ability to think creatively and innovatively
