The BG Lead is responsible for medium and long term revenue performance as well as long-term success of their business group within NEPA. During planning and regular reviews, the BG Lead initiates and negotiates resource trade-offs and investment areas with segment leads and the BMO to achieve performance goals. The BG Lead drives effective strategies within NEPAsegments and pipes by unifying objectives and operational plans for both short term and longterm growth. In addition, the BG Lead owns creating market impact by correctly sizing the industry landscape to identify compelling opportunities through rigorous data analysis of customers, trends, competitors, partners to drive business results and make wise investments.
His main functions will include:
Fiscal and Rhythm of Business (RoB)
Compete: Business, Technology, Audience and Initiative
Experience: 8 – 10 years of related experience
Required Bachelor’s Degree (B.S. /B.A.)
Advanced conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Advanced oral and written communication skills, planning and organizational abilities
Languages: English, French & Arabic are required
