Job Title: Admin Officer – 1345

Job Location: Pakistan – Lahore

Job Duties:

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Supervision of housekeeping of entire facility and supervision of cafeteria, breakout areas and gym
2. Support staff supervision (attendance, dress codes, and duties)
3. Arrangement of seminars and meetings
4. Liaison with building’s management to get the agreed services
5. Record keeping (agreements, contracts, and quotes)
6. Supplies and inventory management and vendor management
7. Liaison with global security help desk for employee badge activation and termination
8. Facility introduction to new employee
9. Arrangements of indoor and outdoor employees’ activities
10. Vendor coordination
11. Health & Safety procedures and policies
12. Logbook and maintenance of company’s bike/vehicle
13. Seating arrangements and provide required facilities to guest/visitor
14. Close coordination with on duty security team

Job Qualifications:

Candidate should be a graduate and having 3 years of Administration and General Services/Operations experience.

Person should have an experience of customer service with good communication skills. He/she should be target oriented and have the ability to get the work done from support staff.
