General criteria for the applicants:
– Education: Minimum 16 years of education but MBA degree will be preferred.
For the position of Cash Officer minimum education criteria can be relaxed to graduation depending on experience and expertise.
– Experience: 2-3 years commercial banking experience in similar position.
All the candidates must have job relevant expertise, computer literacy with well versed knowledge of Microsoft Office along with excellent communication skills.
– Age preferably up to 40 years relaxable in case of candidate having extraordinary track record.
