|. Conduct yearly survey for C&B to evaluate the turnover cost of employee C&B.
. Salary revision to maintain a payroll of HO for all employee related compensation & benefit.
. Manages that final settlement of all separating employee are prepared and settle in timely manner.
. Manages the attendance system.
. Manage the loan policy and upgrade it as required.
. Works on gratuity policy and manage gratuity as per policy.
. Design and implement the organization’s compensation and benefit programmers and activities to meet the organization’s objectives with regards to internal equity and external market competitiveness.
. Implement the organization’s reward strategy so its compensation and benefits outcomes meet current and future Business needs.
. Align with legal requirements of compensation.
. Responsible for management of the activities concerning internal equity, salaries, variable compensation and benefits policies adopted by the company.
. Collect data about company’s Compensation and Benefit policies and analyze them to prepare reports and advise managers for making important decisions.
. Any other work assigned from time to time by immediate reporting line.
