Head of Analysis Department (Monitoring) (Karachi Based)
Qualification: Masters in Finance/Economics from an HEC recognized institution/university
Age: Up to 48 years
Experience: Overall 14 years, out of which 07 years should be in the relevant area
Special Requirements: • Practical knowledge of all shades of credit, including foreign exchange is a must
Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities: • Ensure that monthly credit returns (MS) and monthly sign off analytical sheets (SO) are provided to his/her department in a timely manner • Ensure that MS of all regions and corporate offices for the previous month are properly analyzed • Ensure that the analysis of all the MS and SO is thoroughly conducted, leaving no issue unattended, and also ensure that analysis is properly communicated to regions/corporate offices and also duly communicated as per the organogram and “escalation matrix” • Ensure timely consolidation of SO and ensure that sign off summary is duly prepared and properly communicated to the concerned authorities • Ensure that analysis communicated to all/respective regional/corporate offices is responded to duly and properly and no query remains unattended • Ensure that analysis is made within due time and the concerned authorities are timely apprised of urgent, grave and/or important out-of-turn analysis

Research Analyst – Industry Analysis & Economic Research (Karachi Based)
Qualification: MA (Economics)/Bachelors (Economics) from an HEC recognized institution/university. Foreign degree holders will be preferred
Age: Up to 48 years
Experience: Overall 08 years, out of which 03 years should be in the relevant field
Special Requirements: • Excellent communication and analytical skills
Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities: • Ensure timely preparation of bi-monthly Economic Bulletin •Timely preparation of yearly brochure, ‘Economic indicators – Pakistan’ • Able to prepare write-ups/respond to queries/information called for by Head/IA&ERW for onwards delivery to Senior Management/Ministry of Finance/Commerce/other institutions/field offices/Administration Wing of Credit Management Group (CMG)/ Human Resource Management Group pertaining to HR affairs of Industry Analysis & Economic Research Wing • Facilitate learning through trainings in coordination with Human Resource Management Group

Departmental Head/Incharge – Credit Policy Department (Karachi Based)
Qualification: MBA/MA (Economics)/M. Corn from an HEC recognized institution/university (JAIBP/DAIBP will be an added advantage)
Age: Up to 48 years
Experience: For VP: 10 years’ experience related to Credit/F.E. For AVP: 07 years’ experience related to Credit/F.E. Policy-related work experience will be preferred
Special Requirements: • Circular writing skills/experience will be considered as an added advantage • Good writing skills • Candidate must have an analytical mind and have adequate knowledge of credit
Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities: • Draft policies/amendments relating to credit & management services • Addressing queries • Devising tools/guidelines necessary for implementation of policies

Team Leader/Country Risk Manager (Karachi Based)
Qualification: MBA (Finance) from an HEC recognized institution/university. Foreign degree holders will be preferred
Age: Up to 45 years
Experience: Overall 07 years and above, out of which minimum 03 years should be in the relevant field
Special Requirements: • Sound knowledge of Central Bank guidelines • Understanding of MS Office • Should be a self-starter and a team player • Good verbal & written communication skills
Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities: • Review and update country risk management policy • Maintain country risk limited and its exposure • Play a key role in automation of country risk management MIS • Develop standard operating procedures between group/divisions for country risk management • Managing day to day activities related to country risk management

Data Analysis Executive (Karachi Based)
Qualification: MBA (Finance)/BBA/B. Corn from an HEC recognized institution/university
Age: Up to 48 years
Experience: Overall 10 years, out of which 05 years should be in the relevant field
Special Requirements: • Must be computer literate and should have knowledge of the internet and other relevant computer applications
Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities: • Ensure timely consolidation of monthly sign off analytical sheets (SO) and sign off summary is duly prepared and properly communicated to concerned authorities • Ensure that the analysis of the respective MS and SO are thoroughly conducted, leaving no issue unattended, and also ensure that analysis is properly communicated to regions/corporate offices and also duly communicated as per the organogram and “escalation matrix” • Ensure that entire prescribed data (manual and digital both) required is properly maintained • Ensure that entire prescribed data required is collected in a timely manner, including sending reminders and duly communicating with field offices • Ensure that “non-submission” orlate submission”of data is duly communicated to the competent authority for necessary action

Country Risk Officer (Karachi Based)
 
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (BBA/B. Corn) from an HEC recognized institution/university. Foreign degree holders will be preferred
Age: Up to 40 years
Experience: Overall 05 years, out of which 02 years should be in the relevant field
Special Requirements: • Sound knowledge of Central Bank guidelines • Good verbal & written skills • Understanding of MS Office. Experience of MS Access would be an added advantage
Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities: • Assist in reviewing and updating country risk management policy • Develop MIS related to country risk limits and its exposures • Assist the Wing in automation of country risk management MIS • Assist the Wing in managing day to day activities related to country risk management

Credit Policy Officer (Karachi Based)
Qualification: MBA/MA (Economics)/M. Corn from an HEC recognized institution/university (JAIBP/DAIBP will be an added advantage)
Age: Up to 40 years
Experience: Overall 08 years, out of which 3 years should be in the relevant field

Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities: • Keep of the changes in regulatory & legal framework & relate them to credit policy • Proactively identify need to develop/amend policies • Prepare initial draft policies/amendments • Maintain MIS on implementation of Credit Committee/BoD directions for issuance/ amendments in policies • Keep record/MIS of policies under approval process • Gather information regarding peer banks’ practices/market trends required for policy development

Credit Monitoring Officer (Karachi Based)
Qualification: MBA (Finance)/M. Com from an HEC recognized institution/ university

Experience: Minimum 03 years in the relevant field
Special Requirements: • Candidate must be computer literate
Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities: • Monitoring the credit portfolio through OMF/Returns and follow up with overseas branches for rectification of pointed out irregularities • Assist the team leader with effective & timely credit monitoring

Project Monitoring Officer (Karachi Based)
Qualification: MBA (Finance) or equivalent degree/ACCA from an HEC recognized institution/university
Age: Up to 35 years
Experience: Minimum 03 years in the relevant area. Candidates having an engineering background will have an added advantage
Special Requirements: • Proficiency in MS Office for preparing presentations
Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities: • Analysis of financial statements to pick up any adverse trends or variances and report the same to the concerned team leaders and stakeholders and propose appropriate remedial actions • Follow up on compliance of loan covenants. Variance analysis from the projected one liaison with the stakeholders and lineup/schedule project visits on a regular basis • Prepare and do preliminary homework on prospects visits and assist/brief the team leaders • Prepare presentations for the senior management as and when required

Age: Up to 35 years
Experience: Minimum 03 years in the relevant field
Special Requirements: • Proficiency in MS Office including MS Access • Should possess general IT knowledge • Should be a self-starter and a team player
Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities: • Prepare and maintain entire Financial Institutions MIS suite including Financial Institutions Limits and Exposures MIS • Assist in automation of Financial Institutions MIS • Maintain the filing system of the department

MIS Officer (Karachi Based)
Qualification: BCS/B. Com/BBA from an HEC recognized institution/ university
Age: Up to 34 years
Experience: Overall 05 years, out of which 02 years should be in the relevant field
Special Requirements: • Must have knowledge of MS Office
Outline of Main Duties/Responsibilities: • Develop MIS and its maintenance • Data collection, compilation and data entry in MIS • Support office routine activities
