An Inter-Governmental Organization requires the services of a dynamic, experienced and motivated candidate for the following position:
Age: Less than 30 years
Qualification: Minimum Graduation. Well versed in modern secretarial practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Urdu and English and full command over MS Office Suite and good typing speed. Diploma in modern secretarial practices will be an added qualification.
Salary: Contractual job with lump-sum salary of Rs.22.000/- p.m.
Tenure: Initially for one year likely to continue
Job Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be responsible for performing routine secretarial work such as managing all incoming! outgoing calls, mail/e-mail, file movement and typing work related to the office.
The candidates with the relevant qualifications will be called to appear for a written test. Only those candidates who qualify this test will be called for interview.
