  • Responsible for managing the recruitment process:  partner with hiring managers to determining staffing needs, selecting sourcing strategy, reviewing resumes, interviewing candidates, scheduling interviews with team leads and managers, assisting in selection process, conducting reference checks, and preparing the offer letter
  • Administer compensation such as payroll, annual bonus, increments and benefits such as medical, annual leaves etc.
  • Coordinate all on-boarding and off-boarding activities
  • Conduct new employee orientation
  • Establish relationships with local Universities and partner/network with local organizations to build a pipeline of candidates for recruiting
  • Assist with employee relations issues
  • Support managers and employees in rolling out the performance review/evaluation processes
  • Plan and arrange Company annual recreation programs
  • Serve as an information source to employees on day-to-day policy and benefit questions
  • Complete supervision and handling of office monthly budget including payroll, purchasing and office running expenses
  • Liaise and coordinate between the U.S head office and local vendors/consultants
  • Work with local Government authorities as/when required for acquiring necessary licenses, visa issuance, etc.
  • Provide logistic arrangement for overseas staff as/when required
  • Responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures including regular maintenance, ensure that office supplies are timely placed; utility bills and vender payments are timely dispatched, procurement and inventory management
  • Supervise procurement process and inventory management; provide regular inventory audit reports to U.S Head Office
  • Perform all necessary functions to effectively manage an employee throughout the employee life cycle – hiring, motivating, providing guidance, and performance management

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree preferable in Human Resource Management
  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Capital Management and Office Management
  • Experience working with a software development company, functioning as an offshore software development office is preferred
  • Successful track record of recruiting IT resources in Pakistan
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to speak and write English fluently
  • Able to multi-task with attention to detail
  • Time management and organizational skills and the ability to be flexible
  • Must possess strong Microsoft software application skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and have the ability to quickly learn our recruiting system
  • Ability to work under pressure while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient

Location: Islamabad, PAKISTAN
Compensation: salary based on experience + bonus + benefits
