Job Title: Technical Advisor Tax Administration and Registration (Reference No. SGGP 2014/016) Duty Station: Lahore

Qualifications and Experience:
• Advanced degree (master’s level) in economics, business, accounting, law, public administration or a related discipline from a reputable university
• At least 3-5 years of full time work experience in a reputable organization (international organization, national administration, consultancy, etc.) active in the field of taxation
• Sound knowledge of the provincial tax system of Pakistan and issues of tax administration, in particular the sales tax a registration processes
• Experience in dealing with administrative body of the public sector at the provincial level
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Excellent command of the MS office package
• Good analytical abilities, strong inter-personal skills and team player
• general interest in economic developments, public finance and fiscal policy
• Flexible and willing to adapt as required by the Programme and at the request of management

Qualifications and Experience:
• Advanced degree at least master’s level) in law, accounting, economics, business, public administration or a related discipline from a reputable university
• At least 3-5 years of full time work experience in a reputable organization (international organization, national administration, consultancy, etc.) active in the field of taxation
• Sound knowledge of the provincial tax system of Pakistan and issues of tax administration, in particular audit and enforcement procedures
• Sound knowledge of Pakistan tax law and its application
• Experience in dealing with administrative body of the public sector at the provincial level • Excellent command of spoken and written English
• Excellent command of the MS office package
• Good analytical abilities, strong inter-personal skills and team player
• Strong record of professional expertise in his/her field (publications, seminar participation, etc.)
• General interest in economic developments, legal affairs and tax policy
• Flexible and willing to adapt as required by the Programme

Job Title: Advisor Local Government System (Reference No. SGGP 2015/023) Duty Station: Peshawar

Qualifications and Experience:
• Strong knowledge on the local government system, political, administrative and fiscal intergovernmental relations, share of responsibilities between tiers of government, rules and regulations, flow of funds, rules of oversight
• Significant knowledge and experience of the political and administrative system in Pakistan, especially Khyber Pakhtunkhwa
• University degree in a topic related course (e.g. public administration, political science, law)
• Minimally 10 years of professional working experience – Very good speaking and writing skills in English and Urdu

Job Title: Two (2) Advisors Civic Education and Communication (Reference No. SGGP 2015/040) Duty Station: Islamabad & Peshawar

Qualifications and Experience:
• Master Degree in journalism, mass communication, communication management, civic education
• 3 to 4 year of experience required
