- Assist Key Accounts Team in providing services to Key Clients.
- Accompany senior team members on customer meetings and trainings on FutureResource.ca online recruitment tools.
- Post products on FutureResource.ca, Short listing of applications received as per the criteria provided by client, Search and update from FutureResource.ca Database, Verify candidates by calling them and other related activities as per requirement.
- Maintain warm & strong client relationships by calling and meeting them, encouraging clients to use FutureResource.ca as their primary contact platform.
- Attending customer queries and helping them.
- Gathering and updating client information/interactions on online CRM software.
- Carry out other operational activities as assigned by Key Accounts Manager.
- Must have great communication & Interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Ms Office tools
