CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Responsible for executing all major financial activities and transactions. Develop and implement the Company’s long-term financial strategy, and key financial objectives based on the Business plan. Provide guidance to the Functionaries on all matters related to corporate finance including Strategic Financial Planning, Accounting, Finance, Budgeting, Taxation and Management Information Systems (MIS). Formulation of financial policies for the Board’s approval and ensure their application within the Company. Ensure smooth running of financial strategies in line with regulatory requirement. Strong judgment and problem solving skills and ability to make timely financial decision based on sound judgment and accurate analysis.
REQUIREMENT =:tqaula equivalent, ‘n1hu= financial member ZleTiesdtatOry’and ‘rtsgSsullca;:ryl requirement. -10 years of post qualification experience in banking sector — including 5-7 in the capacity of CFO. – Strong knowledge of Financial and Management Accounting Principles.
HEAD OF CREDIT & RISK MANAGEMENT
Execute the responsibilities related to country-wide development and implementation of policies and procedures for risk criteria, credit approvals, credit attributes/initiation, verification and alterative strategies for credit limit settings, authorizations and collections and statistical model, for sustained business growth of the organization and make a meaningful impact on the overall profitability of the organization
REQUIREMENT : – CA, CFA or MBA from a university of good repute. – Minimum 10 years of post qualification experience in relevant field in corporate and banking sector 1 mortgage finance. – Understanding of regulatory, economic and market environment! trends. – Good industry and sector forecasting techniques.
CHIEF I.T. OFFICER (CIO)
Responsible for developing and executing Company’s I.T. strategy, which includes Technology infrastructure, the development 8, maintenance of the software, maintain efficient communication links & information security. Direct responsibility for overseeing system development and nehvork administration. Automate manual processes where required and replace antiquated, obsolete systems with advanced technology including turkey e-commerce solutions. Responsible for integrating all separate technology entities into a cohesive group to help leverage of resources.
REQUIREMENT : – Masters of Computer Science (MCS) or Bachelors of Engineering (BE) Computer Science or equivalent (16 years of Education) – Minimum 10 years experience including 3 years in senior management positions. – Fluency in information systems and technology management. – Project management, user support and vendor management – Good knowledge of ERP and Oracle platform.
