Job Summary:

This Job Role is responsible for the coordination, management and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support that the one offered by the 1st Level Operations. This shall ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  1. 2nd Level Assurance Support Activities
  2. 2nd Level Incident Management
  3. Problem Management
  4. System Administration
  5. 2nd Level Billing Operations

Qualifications

Core Competences

  • O&M experiences of PCN devices (Preferrably Ericsson based PCN)
  • Significant knowledge of IP Networks
  • Knowledge of GSM and UMTS networks architectures
  • Knowledge of Managed Service Telecom Operations Practice
  • Presentation & Communication skills
  • Knowledge sharing
  • Problem Solving & strategic thinking
  • Ericsson Knowledge
  • Language skills

Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements

  • [2 to 4 years of Experience in the PCN operations]
  • Preferred Qualification and Experience Requirements
  • Problem solving and trouble shooting skills
