Job Description:


1. Payroll Management:Handling monthly payroll and performing a wide variety of related activities.
2. Recruitment:Schedule and conduct interviews, issue offer letter to the selected candidates, collect documents, maintain theemployee database and prepare final settlement of those employees who decide to separate /retire.
3. Employee Relations: Handling employee enquiries & grievances, handling EOBI and Social Security procedures etc.
4. Training &Development: Organizing staff training sessions, workshops and activities.
5. Performance Appraisal: Supporting the team in conducting Performance Appraisal.
6. Other daily routine tasks.

Skill requirement:

1. Team Building skills
2. Problem Solving skills
3. Effective Communication (written and verbal) skills
4. candidate must have a positive, can do approach to work
5. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
