Dany Technology: Incumbent will be Responsible for: Supervise their Customer Care Executives while ensuring that every task is done correctly and effectively and make sure that all aspects of customer service are established well assist walk-in Custrmers, oversee sale of their product and services. They are also respon-sible for helping in the development and execution of training programs. Responsible to increase Customer satisfaction by providing the best customer service possible at all times with Customer centeric approach.
Assistant Manager – Customer Care (for Care Center): South (KHI, Quetta) / Central – (MUX, FSD,) / North (RWP & PWR)
Education: Graduate (minimum)
Experience: 3-4 year(s) experience preferably in Customer Care Center.
Salary: negotiable with other benefits (mobile allowance, bonus etc.)
