Jobs Title: Investigation Officer, Job Description: Investigation officer is responsible to conduct field research related to corporate due diligence including research on individuals and cooperation’s, interaction with federal, provincial and local law enforcement organizations, courts and regulatory agencies, examining of potential suppliers, vendors in compliance with UK bribery act and FCPA due diligence requirements.

Investigation officer is responsible to conduct all field research related to investigation projects throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Investigation officer is responsible to provide all facts and findings related to field research related to given assignments and tasks to management in timely manners.

Investigation officer is responsible to work in field independently and under pressure with minimal supervision and instruction, and to initiate and coordinate activities to meet strict deadlines.

Investigation officer is responsible to conduct all field research related to health investigation cases, recovery cases and other investigation projects throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Investigation officer is responsible to submit reports of given assignments in proper and timely manner.

Investigation officer is responsible to carry out any other task and assignment given by the management.

Desired Skills and Experience

Education Level Preferred: (Min): Bachelors (4 years preferred social sciences/ BBA etc)

 

Education Level Preferred: (Max): Masters (Social Sciences for example economics, political science, criminology, IR, Mass com etc)

 

Min Experience Required:  minimum 2 years of professional, corporate work experience with investigative background

 

Max Experience Required: maximum 5 years of professional, corporate work experience investigative background

 

Skills Needed:

  1. Strong investigative techniques and approach
  2. Strong analytical skills
  3. Strong Research talent
  4. Proficiency in MS Office
  5. Superior knowledge of industry specific databases, techniques etc.

Personal Attributes:

  1. Strong analytical and decision making capability.
  2. Effective time management skills and close attention to detail.
  3. Must feel comfortable working in a time sensitive environment and with a sense of urgency.
