Job Details: Implement the organizations human resource strategy, policies, procedures, tools and methodologies in the assigned territory in the areas of workforce planning, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, talent development, performance evaluation, organizational development, safety and employee wellness, employee communications, employment/industrial labor relations and general administration in collaboration with functional managers so that the territory attracts, manages, develops and retains the employees it needs to achieve its current and future business objectives. Collaborate with territory functional heads in order to ensure that HR needs of the business/function are met effectively and efficiently. Advise line management on people related issues and to ensure effective utilization of their HR resources.
