-Assure aftermarket business development and achieve the yearly goals of sales, revenue and profit.-Manage and adjust the Compressor Technique Service and marketing / Sales organization to bring maximum effectiveness and efficiency.-Identify and implement sales management best practices.-Active management of territory by close analysis of parameters such as growth, penetration, opportunity, etc.-Continuous development of the 1-1 with special focus on attrition, new machines and lost boy recovery.-Continuous improvement of the lead management process, with the aim of improving conversion rates and sales efficiency. -Full implementation and adoption of all standard tools through both the direct and indirect channels, with the aim of increasing sales efficiency.-Implementation of a strong distribution strategy with special attention on improving both commercial and technical support.-Further extension and implementation of the proactive business model for spare parts.-Strong proliferation of our ambition to decrease every customer’s TCO by moving up the service ladder, with focus on EW+ and TR.-Continuously develop and grow the people in the Compressor Technique Service sales team by training and competence development, including yearly appraisals and follow-up.-Follow the company policies as stated in The Way We Do Things, including the Business Code of Practice and Compliance issues.-Recognize, understand and create customer needs in the local market as well as follow up on competitors’ activities.-Ensure solid relationships with key customers, distributors and other indirect sales channels. -Achieve customer satisfaction by attaining constant improvement in the Net Promoter Score.-Work very closely together with the Business Line Managers of Product Marketing Divisions.-Consistently analyze the business within the territory and identify target areas for action, encouraging the sales team to take this action wherever possible.
Experience requirements: The Business Line Manager – Compressor Technique Aftermarket will be responsible for the development, management and continuous improvement of the Aftermarket organization and the profitable growth of the Aftermarket business. You will also:· Have good sales and marketing experience.· Have proven commercial and business awareness.· Be self-motivated and able to motivate and lead a team.· Have strong technical skills and extensive 10 Years’ experience.· Be able to build strong and effective working relations with customers and colleagues.· Have good communication skills and computer literate.· Have strong planning and organizing skills.· Have a University degree in Engineering or similar through experience.· Have Minimum 5 Years management experience and good understanding of Atlas Copco financials (in particular those related to service).· Be an excellent people manager.· Be results oriented. · Pro-active leadership in business / marketing and project planning progress.· Be extremely customer oriented. · Have very strong communication and negotiation skills.· Be able to lead and influence diverse people to achieve common goals.· Have high integrity and initiative. · Have a dynamic team building personality.· Have good skills in understanding administration, planning and quality processes.
Educational requirements: -Degree / Diploma in Engineering with at least 10 years’ experience.-Five Years’ Experience as Manager in a reputed Service Organization.-Management diploma / Degree is an added advantage.
