Regional Head NorthTo lead and manage Distributors, make sales channel and head project sales of ASSA ABLOY in respective region. Win projects by working closely with architects and consultants to ensure that ASSA ABLOY products are specified during design stage of projects. Responsibilities and challenges:

Manage and deliver Regional (All vertical of business) sales targets

Grow project pipeline by working closely with Architects / Contractors/ Developers

Increase conversion from project specification opportunities

Create sales channel in the region

Manage Sales team and increase sales numbers of distributor.

Revenue Generation in the territory with focus on channel sales

Appoint and establish channel in the territory – both distributors and dealers and build relationship

Management of Distributors with focus on secondary sales, stock management and price management.

Design and implement promotional Schemes to the channel and monitor the performance of the channel.

Skills & Qualification :

Soft Skills

Good experience in channel handling and some experience in the Building material industry in the given territory

Existing knowledge and relationship with the Hardware traders/channel is an advantage but not compulsory

Strong desire to delivery sales targets and motivation to work in achieving targets

Confident, energetic and has the appetite to work in a start-up and grow faster

Good in English and the local language

Knowledge and experience:

Mechanical Engineering degree/MBA

Preferably from construction industry/Technology industry/ Hardware industry and with distribution and project sales background

High degree of proficiency in MS Office, EXCEL and Power point; with strong presentation skills

Results-oriented and team player

Highly proficient in making and driving strategy.

Minimum 8 years’ experience in a related field with at least 2-3 years at supervisory level

With existing network of contacts among architectural firms , contractors and real estate developers preferred

Strong familiarity with project management tools
