Reports to:Manager Finance & Accounts
Salary Range: 20,000 -30,000 based on experience

Job Functions:

• Responsible for preparation of budget and monitoring the variances against the budget
• Maintenance of general ledgers
• Posting and recording of routine and non-routine general entries
• Closing of financial statements and bank reconciliation
• Processing of accounts payable
• Responsible for tax management
• Cash flow management and the supervision/management of petty cash across office
• Conduct quarterly forecasting and data management
• Manage managerial and financial accounting
• Provide guidance to junior officers
• Responsible for pay roll processing, disbursement and recording of salaries
• Responsible for banking functions and cash and bank closing

Essential Job Requirements:
Experience:
• Over 3 years of work experience
Education:
• B.Com/M.Com/ BBA in Finance or Accounts
Required Skills:
• Hands-on Experience on ERP will be an Edge
• Strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Excel
